ACQUISITIONS in 2022.

This year we had to postpone for some time the traditional opening of our exhibition ACQUISITIONS – 2022. This postponement has a specific and intriguing reason: during his visit to Belgrade last year, the artist of Yugoslav origin, who has lived and taught in Los Angeles VASA (Mihić) becoming a world-renowned artist, delighted us with his decision to present the Museum with one of his paintings and one sculpture. However, the works had to arrive from Los Angeles and due to many legal problems in our country they have finally arrived only recently.

Other works acquired last year are also very valuable and they add up to our already rich collection.
